Inspired by the Mwenemutapa and Zulu warriors, a traveler draws a fictional narrative that shelters their legacy and his own present. Their poetry is rare but simple, the knowledge of his ancestors’ existence is a myth. Traveling through a landscape of challenging and demanding conditions, he is faced with an incomplete past. Or rather, a past that is not well written.
